Curriculum Vitae
Education: B.A., University of Minnesota. Certificate from the ABA-approved Legal Assistant Program at Roosevelt University, Chicago.
Employers: Kirkland & Ellis (Chicago); Bartlit Beck LLP (Chicago and Denver)
As a paralegal, I supported many dozens of trials and arbitrations in U.S. and international jurisdictions, including unique matters such as:
–Gore v. Harris (Bush v. Gore) 2000 U.S. Election Trial
–Special Counsel’s Report: Macondo (Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill) – (paralegal to Fred Bartlit, Special Counsel appointed by President Obama)
–IDRC Arbitrations: Client matters, London and Singapore
I expanded into strategy and consulting roles, collaborating with a wide range of legal tech software developers to align litigation needs with technology solutions.
I have also been dedicated to sharing my knowledge through writing and speaking. I’ve authored articles on legal technology and have spoken at industry events such as ILTAcon. These opportunities have allowed me to engage with peers and drive conversations about the future of legal technology. I’m excited about the innovations yet to come.
Consulting Perspective
Tech Scene
Championing tech solutions stems from a deep understanding of the end-user needs in litigation and the technology that not just supports the teams but advances the industry.
Tech events are such a great way to network, learn from thought leaders, and promote new technology. I enjoy participating in key events, as a speaker or attendee.
